John Crabtree
Chief Operating Officer
John Crabtree joined Krier Wealth Management as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) in June 2008. He comes with over twenty-seven years of experience in the financial services industry with leading national banks and the financing arm of an international transportation company. Having most recently served as a corporate General Auditor, his professional expertise developed around responsibilities that emphasized enterprise risk management, process improvement, and protecting stakeholder interests.
As the chief operating officer, John is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm with a primary focus on strategic and tactical operations management, which means he is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that deliver the firm’s products and services.
John received his bachelors’ degree from Florida State University with emphasis on finance, is a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, and attained a professional certification as a Certified Bank Auditor (CBA). He resides in Mandarin with his wife, Nylsa, and their two children, and is active in the community.
