An investment advisor's fee structure says a lot about how they do business. At Krier Wealth, we believe in a transparent structure that makes it clear what you are paying for, that's in your best interest, that's consistent with giving objective advice and one that builds a relationship based on trust.
So here is our system:
• Initial consultations are free. During this meeting, we will get to know each other, swap viewpoints on retirement and life in general, and assess the potential for a relationship. Since these meetings are as much for our benefit as for yours, we wouldn’t dream of charging you anything.
• Financial Planning fee: We use a Wealth Management Planning Platform that will be demonstrated at our initial meeting. Once we decide to work together, the financial planning fee for this plan is $1000 per $1 million of total assets. If assets are under $1 million, the fee is $1000. There are no annual maintenance fees.
• Money Management fee (annual rate paid Quarterly):
• 1.25% on assets under $1 million • 1% on assets exceeding $1 million up to $2 million
• .75% on assets exceeding $2 million up to $4 million• .50% on assets exceeding $4 million
• Other products that may be used to appropriately solve your needs, i.e. life insurance, long term care, or alternative investments may pay us a commission. We believe you should understand all commission structures and will disclose them thoroughly before using them on your behalf.
• We receive no referral fees and pay no referral fees.
This fee structure, along with our association with LPL Financial, ensures that we are not motivated to encourage activity or sell proprietary products, but to work to protect your interests and help you work toward your goals at all times.
